The fun assignments stimulate communication between the participants. In the “building report” section they learn skills to quickly create a bond with each other, with others and with customers.

In the chapter “lateral thinking” you learn to solve recognizable, often hopeless problem situations by thinking laterally.

During the "test your creative skills" section, the participants are shown illusions, after which they are asked to find how the trick was done. Then they receive all the neccessary materials to learn the tricks themselves.
